1. Order availability
Driver Hero Pro is an assistive auto-accept tool. It does not guarantee that every order will be available or accepted. Drivers may also use other apps, so orders can come from different platforms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Driver Hero Pro Android app and to any subscription plan bought for it. By signing in, using Driver Hero Pro, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Third-party app changes
Driver Hero Pro may be affected by changes or updates made to other apps or platforms. Such changes are outside our control. Driver Hero Pro is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Rapido, Ola, Uber, or any other ride platform.
3. Technical issues
The app or its features may temporarily stop working due to technical, internet, device, or other unexpected issues.
4. Recharge & refunds
Please check the plan, price, and validity before payment. Completed recharges are generally non-refundable, and unused validity will not be extended. If a payment was charged but access was not activated, contact us and we will check the transaction.
5. Plans & pricing changes
We may update, change, or replace subscription plans, pricing, or plan details at any time. A plan you have already purchased and activated remains available to you until the end of that subscription period.
6. App version updates
When a new version of Driver Hero Pro is released, the old version may no longer be available or supported. Please update to the latest version to continue using the app.
7. User responsibility
Users are responsible for using the app properly and following the applicable rules while using Driver Hero Pro. This includes the terms of the ride platforms you drive on and the road and safety laws that apply to you. Do not interact with the app while driving in a way that is unsafe or not allowed.
8. Account & access
Access to Driver Hero Pro depends on an active subscription and an enabled account. If a plan is missing or expired, or an account is disabled, the app may be locked until that is resolved. An account is tied to the first device that signs in; moving to another phone needs our help. Only one device can be signed in at a time — a new sign-in signs the other device out. Contact us through the in-app channels if you need help.
9. Acceptable use
Do not resell, share, or sublicense your account or subscription, and do not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app. We may suspend accounts that are shared, abused, or used to harm other drivers or platforms.
10. Liability
Driver Hero Pro is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost earnings, missed orders, penalties applied by a ride platform, or other indirect losses arising from use of the app.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
