Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This policy explains what the Driver Hero Pro Android app collects, why it collects it, and who it is shared with. It covers the app and this website. Driver Hero Pro is operated by the Driver Hero Pro team; you can reach us in our Telegram channel, which is our only support channel.

1. Information we collect

DataWhy we collect it
Google account name, email address, and profile photo To sign you in with Google Sign-In and identify your account and subscription.
Phone number you enter in the app So we can contact you about your account, payment, or subscription.
Device identifier and session identifier To keep one account on one phone and one active sign-in at a time.
Subscription and payment details — the plan you chose, the UPI reference (UTR) number you submit, and the payment screenshot you upload To verify your payment and activate your plan, and to detect a reference number that was already used.
App version and installed device model To support you and to tell you when an update is required.
Crash reports and diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics) To find and fix crashes.
Usage events (Firebase Analytics), for example an APK download tap To understand which features are used and improve the app.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos other than the payment screenshot you choose to send, or the content of your messages. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

2. Accessibility Service — what it reads and what leaves your phone

Driver Hero Pro uses the Android Accessibility Service, which you enable yourself in Android Settings. The service is what makes auto-accept possible:

On Ola and Uber, the tap is performed through Shizuku, a separate app you install and grant yourself. Shizuku is only used to deliver the tap.

3. Permissions we ask for

4. How we use and store your data

Account details, phone number, subscription status, and device binding are stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Payment requests, reference numbers, and payment screenshots are stored on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, and private R2 storage). Payment screenshots are kept in private storage and are never given a public link — they can only be read by you and by our admin team while reviewing your payment.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers that run the app's infrastructure: Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics) and Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2). Data is processed on our behalf under their terms. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we disclose it otherwise only if required by law.

6. Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We use them only to authenticate you and manage your Driver Hero Pro account. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or Calendar, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

7. How long we keep data

Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists and afterwards only as long as needed for support, accounting, and fraud checks. Payment records and screenshots are kept as proof of payment. Ride logs live on your phone and are removed when you clear them or uninstall the app. Crash and analytics data follow Firebase's own retention settings.

8. Your choices and rights

9. Security

Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to our admin tools is limited to an approved list of admin accounts, and payment screenshots are served only to the driver who uploaded them and to those admins. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone and Google account protected.

10. Children

Driver Hero Pro is intended for professional drivers and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. This website

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request logs to serve and protect the site. We also use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-8NT0DKX1XX) to understand how many people visit the home, terms, privacy, and download pages. Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies; see Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles that data. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last changed.

13. Contact
